Morongo’s check-out time at 11 am was earlier than expected. It led to a less-than-pleasant experience, and we missed out on the lazy river. On one occasion, we encountered an issue with the Jacuzzi’s operating hours, with staff providing contradictory information. We found it confusing that security prevented access to the pool doors after 7 pm, even though there is a cigar lounge that operates under a different name and closes at 12 am. The pool's early closing time at 7 pm was inconvenient for those staying for business purposes.
